First of all, small group ministry is intentional. The leadership of our church has created a deliberate strategy to develop small group leaders who in turn develop more small group leaders. Therefore, the process of multiplication is continually generated and disciples are reproduced. The process begins with ministry, moves forward to mentoring (apprentice) and continues as we multiply disciples for Jesus Christ.

Secondly, small group ministry is incarnational. The life of Christ is “fleshed out” or lived through us as we minister one to another. In the same way that God came to planet earth in the body of Jesus we likewise make ourselves available to serve one another. In fact, we are His hands, His feet, and His body. I urge you to come and get connected to His community!
