Tim and Myra Yates became members of the Lewis Memorial Church family in the fall of 1992. Barboursville natives, Myra attended college locally at Marshall University, while Tim chose to attend Tennessee Temple University where he completed his graduate and undergraduate work. He earned his MA at Trinity Theological Seminary and furthered his education at Tri-State Baptist College and Seminary, receiving his Doctor of Divinity degree in 1990. Tim joined the staff of LMBC in 2000, as the Church Administrator. Although Tim serves in multiple ministries, his primary responsibilities include church finances and the educational ministries.
